AMC Health Screening and Promotion Center tops in K-BPI for two consecutive years
AMC tops the healthcare promotion center category in the 2019 K-BPI.
AMC Health Screening and Promotion Center has topped the health promotion center category in the K-BPI (Korean Brand Power Index) for two years in a row. This index is Korea’s first brand management model developed in 1998 to measure brand values such as brand awareness and royalty.
This survey was conducted among 12,000 citizens living in Seoul and six metropolitan cities for three months from October 2018. AMC Health Screening and Promotion Center scored a total of 494.1 points, far surpassing the average of 350.2 points. Among subsections, we scored especially well in ▲ image (with parameters such as cost effectiveness, uniqueness, activity, and confidence), ▲preference (in parameters such as self-preference and likability), and ▲usability (measured through parameters such as willingness to use again, willingness to recommend, and convenience).
An official of the Korean Management Association Consulting said, “AMC Health Screening and Promotion Center got the better of other hospitals by holding a commanding lead in the brand royalty section. This can be attributed to gaining overall confidence in patients by providing services that meet their needs.”
